our venue

the vow exchange chapel is our ceremony venue tucked away in the heart of Kansas City's Downtown Crossroads.

brides can put the finishing touches on in our bridal lounge. Here she can change into her dress and hang out with her best girls before her big entrance down the aisle.

The chapel is fully decorated, every candle lit and ready to go upon arrival. flowers in the lanterns are updated with each season.

most packages at the vow exchange include all the "little touches" including "love notes" for your guests to leave you, celebration flags for your guests to wave, use of the chapel bouquet for the bride, a welcome chalkboard with your names, and personalized banners with your initials.

Packages including drinks are homemade, seasonal and served cold in mason jars during the warm months and served hot in white ceramic mugs in the cold months. our hosts offer your guests a drink upon their arrival.

the photographers at the vow exchange are hired specifically by us to offer our couples gorgeous galleries. they know The vow exchange chapel and neighborhood inside out ensuring you get perfectly composed images day or night and in every season.

our flowers

our hand tied bride's bouquets & groom's boutonnieres feature the couple's choice colors, a signature flower and are finished with a one-of-a-kind vintage blue handkerchief for catching happy tears.

the mini cake

for the couple who wants to share that iconic moment when you feed each other cake during one of our ceremony only packages, Introducing THE MINI CAKE! This simple cake offers our couples a mini cake to cut while also offering mini cupcakes to share with your guests.

"big moments" suite heart shop box

the "big moments" suite heart shop box is automatically included in any reception package. The items in this one-of-a-kind box can not be found anywhere but here. Each of the 4 items in the box are custom designed by or in collaboration with Kansas City artists & makers and are all made right here in KC. 

BOTTLES & BITES

In addition to that super beautiful and super easy wedding ceremony, your helpful Vow eXchange staff flips the room to create a charming little cocktail party including some of the most delicious bites plus bottles of your favorite beer and wine. couples are then invited to cut their CAKE that HAS BEEN SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED BY ONE OF KANSAS CITY'S TOP "CAKESTRESSES". this option also includes champagne for toasting as well as time for our couples to share first dances for a complete wedding celebration.
