PACKAGE SUMMARY

Couples not wanting to wait several months (or years) to host their wedding celebration with several dozen guests in attendance can get married with our Chapel Rental for Virtual Weddings! Designed to offer more than a live-streamed event, our virtual wedding set up allows you and your virtual guests to interact throughout your wedding event. This option allows couples 1 full hour use of our fully decorated candle lit chapel plus accommodations to include up to 4 in-person guests and display up to 99 virtual guests via Zoom. Cakewalk Events will arrange a short and sweet ceremony including an officiant to make it official. NOTE: Music not customizable.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• The couple will be provided with a virtual wedding invitation link for guests to use to enter the event.
• 99 participants can log into the virtual wedding at one time. Households with multiple guests (ie. a couple or small family) can use the same device to participate.
• In-person guests are limited to 4, the maximum number of people who can be mic’d for virtual guests to hear. Additional in-person guests can not be accommodated without jeopardizing the audio quality of your entire virtual event.
• The Virtual Guest concierge will play our house entrance & exit ceremony music so that your virtual guests as well as your in-person guests can hear.
• The camera is set in a stationary position at the back of the venue allowing virtual guests to enjoy the beauty of the venue and ensures they don’t miss any of the excitement. For this reason the camera can not be moved or repositioned during the event.
• Due to the unique set up of this option, the “Venue Rental for Virtual Weddings” is available ONLY with a Mini or Coordinated Ceremony with Cakewalk Events.
• Couples are welcome to bring a beverage (such as champagne) and/or a single serve item (such as cupcakes) to enjoy along with their 4 in-person guests.
